A community includes different places. This might be:

This is the living room in my house. We have a big bookcase with lots of books that I like to look at and read. There's a big comfy chair where I can look at lots of books. There are also pictures on the wall of my family. I love my living room because it is cozy and comfy.

This is the community garden at the end of my street. A community garden is a garden where lots of people grow things. My friend Mr.Alvarez is growing pumpkins. I'm growing tomatoes! Ms.Lee plants some really pretty flowers. I love the community garden because it's fun to see what everyone grows.

One of my other favourite places in my community is Carly's bakery. Carly makes fresh bread every day. She also has treats like muffins, cookies, and more. I go to the bakery with my mom every week to get bread and some treats! I love the bakery because it smells delicious, and everything is yummy.

Sandy is at her grandparents' house, helping her grandfather knit while her grandmother holds the family god.

This is my grandparent's house! They live two streets away from me. My mom takes me over there so I can spend time with them. My grandfather is teaching me how to knit. I'm working on a long scarf. It's so fun! And my grandma always has a special tin of cookies just for me. We have tea with cookies. I love my grandparents' house a lot because it's so fun there.
