Some people talk about mental health as taking care of their brain. Some people talk about mental health as taking care of their emotions.

Both are correct because our brain helps us to feel, think, and act.

Mental health is just as important as physical health.

When your body experiences a physical injury, it can affect your thinking and emotions. When your mind experiences an illness, it can affect how your body feels and acts.

There are many things we can do to help support our mental health.

Taking time to rest, having fun with friends, and exploring interests are all great ways to maintain good mental health.
