As we get older, our bodies grow and change throughout our lives.

There are five different stages of life humans go through.

Growing up

As we grow and mature, we go through the different stages of life that you explored in the Minds On section.

As you grow throughout life, your body continues to grow and change. You get taller and you mature. Your body grows until you reach about 18 years old.

It is important to show appreciation for our bodies and take care of them. As our bodies grow and change, it is important to:
