We are going to move in different directions and different ways.

You can play inside or outside.

Materials needed:

Four paper cups. You can also use rolled up socks, or stuffed animals.

Directions:

  • Make a rectangle or a square with your cups.
  • You will be moving around the outside of these cups.
  • Try two or three options from the list.
  • When you are done, change the position of your cups into a zigzag and try a different movement.

  3. Slowly reach down and touch your toes. Count to five.
  4. Repeat this one more time.

Perform your dance to a partner if possible. You can also record yourself.
