  2. Slowly move one arm and reach for your opposite foot
  3. Count to 5 and carefully move your body back up
  4. Repeat this step with your other hand

  3. Make circles moving your arms forward, count to 5 then stop

  3. Use your hands as a target to receive the object and bring it close to your body.

For this game you will need:

  • 3 different objects to send and receive (examples: a ball, stuffed animal, rolled-up sock)

Here are the instructions for the game:

Instructions

  1. Mark your playing area with the three objects you picked.

  1. Starting at the first object, you will slowly send and receive that object three times. Try sending it to the height of your head and receiving it at the height of your belly button.
