I can be creative!

Being creative means thinking of new ideas and making new things. Some people like to be creative by using their imagination in art. This might include music, dancing, acting, singing, drawing, building, and many more! 

Check out the following Run the Marbles video clip called “Marching Band!”, where our friends, Koralee and Andee, create their own marble run to make music using instruments and other tools!

As you explore the video, think about these questions:

  • What instruments were in the video?
  • How did they build their marble run?
  • What other materials did they use to make music?
  • Why does the marble roll fast sometimes, and slow down other times?

As you work through this learning activity, you can record your ideas in many ways.

We can dance fast or slow, and use our arms, legs, and whole body to do anything we want!

Sometimes, we can use different art materials, like crayons, paint, paper, clay, and many more. We can use art to make anything we want!
