Preparing an interview
If you could interview anyone, who would you choose and why?

Choose a person you would like to interview.
Consider what you would say in your introduction. Next, think about what kinds of questions would you like to ask the person. Is there a particular skill they have that you are interested in? Do you share any hobbies or interests?
Finally, think about your conclusion. What would you like to say at the end of the interview?

Practice reading through your questions. When you feel ready, record yourself reading through the questions. You can also describe strategies you might use to focus the interviewee's attention on what the questions are asking (e.g., reading questions with appropriate expression, emphasis, or reading rate).

As you are conducting the interview, be sure to pay close attention to how the interviewee responds to your questions. This way you can come up with relevant follow-up questions!
