Activity – Sorting animals by their length

Let's sort these animals by their length. The animals in the images include their length in centimetres. Sort the animals from smallest to largest in length.

Questions:

• Which animal has the greatest length (longest) in centimetres (cm)?
• Which animal has the least in length (shortest) in centimetres (cm)?
• Which animals are less than 100 cm in length? Which are greater than 100 cm in length?

Sorting animals by their life span
