If something makes us happy, we are usually more motivated to do it. What does the term motivation mean?

Being outdoors and getting fresh air can make people happy. A few activities that people enjoy includes hiking, cycling, and skateboarding.

Getting their heart rate up, getting sweaty, and building muscle feels good and helps relieve stress, so some people do fitness classes.

Some people are motivated by music. A few activities people can do that involve music include dancing, aerobics, and singing.

Learning new skills excites the brain so people participate in new activities. This can include learning a new sport.
