Habits are the usual way that you do things. Your routines are a type of habit.

An unhealthy habit is something that people do regularly that can harm their body or mind.

Examples of unhealthy habits include:

  • drinking pop with every meal
  • playing video games for three hours a day
  • never getting daily exercise
