Let’s think about the elements used in cereal box packaging. Cereal boxes use text and images to get the buyers’ attention. Cereal boxes also include facts on them to share health information. Different cereal boxes focus on different elements. These elements are for a target audience.

A target audience is a specific group of a people. They may have similar ages or backgrounds. For example, a target audience for cereal could be children between 5 and 10 years old.
